Lesley Briones most recently served as a judge of Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 4 and previously practiced law at Vinson and Elkins and served as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at the Laura and John Arnold Foundation, per the campaign site. She is a Harvard University and Yale Law School graduate who taught 8th and 10th grade at low income public schools, per the campaign site.
