Biography
Kweisi Mfume is a member of the U.S. House of Representatives who began his career as an activist, radio commentator and Baltimore City Council member before being elected to Congress at age 38, per the campaign site. He later served nine years as president and CEO of the NAACP and currently serves on the House Oversight and Reform Committee and Education and Labor Committee, per the campaign site.
