Biography

Kenny Barger is the incumbent Madison County clerk, first elected in 2010 and in office since January 2011. A Richmond native and Eastern Kentucky University attendee, he previously worked in his family's Barger's Towing and Recovery business and as a manager at Mikron Industries, per the clerk's office website.
