Katy Jackman Tyndell is an attorney and business owner in Wichita who helps run her family's independent oil and gas operating company and previously served as staff attorney for the National Congress of American Indians, per her campaign site. In 2025 she co-founded Leading Kansas, a nonpartisan civic engagement group, per her campaign site and the Kansas Reflector.
