June Goodband is the Peace and Justice Party candidate for Vermont governor on the November 3, 2026 ballot, per the Vermont Secretary of State's general election candidate list (updated Aug. 27, 2026). June Goodband, of Springfield, is a psychotherapist running for governor on the Peace and Justice Party ticket, per the Brattleboro Reformer. She was also the party's 2024 gubernatorial nominee. Her campaign, which she says spends very little money, calls for progressive taxation, implementing Vermont's universal healthcare law, and replacing incarceration with community accountability programs, per her campaign site.
