John Gibbs is a retired Comcast senior vice president and a former partner at the Minneapolis law firm Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, per the Three Rivers Park District board page. He has served on the Three Rivers board since 2011 and as its chair since 2023, and previously led the Hennepin County Library Board, per the same page.
