Biography
Joe Hathaway is a former mayor of Randolph, on the Township Council since May 2022, with more than 10 years in corporate affairs and communications in healthcare and financial services; he began his career as an advance aide to Gov. Chris Christie, per his campaign site. A Clifton native and 2009 Yale graduate, he was the nominee in the April special and is running a November rematch, per Morristown Green.
