Joe Evans

Evans serves as Director of Operations and Juvenile Affairs for Inspire, Encourage, Achieve and as Executive Director of ReVision Southeast Texas, leading mentorship, diversion and substance-abuse prevention programs, per the campaign site. Evans is a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem and Educational Surrogate for more than 20 young people and previously managed operations at Beaumont Occupational Services for more than a decade. Evans is a graduate of Florida A&M University and holds a Master of Public Health from Lamar University.
