Jerry Govan

Jerry Govan is a retired Orangeburg County attendance supervisor and insurance agency owner who has represented Calhoun, Lexington and Orangeburg counties in the South Carolina House since 1993, per the Legislature's roster. He serves on the House Judiciary Committee and has chaired the South Carolina Legislative Black Caucus, per the Legislature's roster. No campaign website was found as of September 7, 2026.
