Jennifer Henson Decker is an attorney of more than four decades who has served as the State Representative for Kentucky House District 58 since 2021, per the Kentucky General Assembly's website. She is executive director of a Christian nonprofit in Shelby County that operates shelters for homeless women and children and a charitable medical and dental clinic, per the campaign site, and previously served five years as a field representative for U.S. Senator Rand Paul.
