Biography
Jamie M. Shoemaker is a Detective with the Geneseo Police Department who began her law enforcement career in 2015 with the Rock Island County Sheriff's Office, per Shoemaker's campaign website. Shoemaker is an FBI-certified crisis negotiator and a board member of the Illinois Crisis Negotiator Association, and was named the 2024 Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board Female Officer of the Year, per Shoemaker's campaign website.
