Biography
James B. Rutledge III, of Phoenix, Maryland, has practiced law for more than 30 years and holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Georgia. He previously served as a Bel Air town commissioner from 2023 to 2025 and is the Republican nominee for Maryland Attorney General, running against Democratic nominee Anthony Brown.
