Biography

James Nolan is a lifelong Yonkers resident and longtime Teamster union member who founded the Michael Nolan Foundation, named for his brother, per his campaign site. He chairs the county's Small Business Committee and Veterans Advisory Committee, per his campaign site. He is running for re-election as Westchester County Legislator, District 15.
