Hope Tipton

Tipton has served as an Associate Judge on the Baltimore City Circuit Court since her 2024 appointment by Governor Wes Moore, after working as a family magistrate in the same court since 2013, per Office of Governor Wes Moore. Her practice was devoted to representing low-income clients in family law, education, public benefits and landlord-tenant matters, and she previously led the Maryland Legal Services Program at the Department of Human Services, per Office of Governor Wes Moore.
