Biography
Heather Goulding is a project manager and analyst who holds an MBA in logistics from the University of Nevada, Reno, per her Nevada Legislature member page. She was first elected to represent Assembly District 27 in November 2024 and served on the Health and Human Services Committee during the 2025 session.
