Biography

Frank Burns is a native of Cambria County, raised in East Taylor Township, who holds a business management degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, per his campaign site. He was first elected to the Pennsylvania House in 2008 and chairs the House Professional Licensure Committee.
