Biography

Eula Reid is a Superior Court Judge for District 1, covering Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Pasquotank and Perquimans counties, appointed by Governor Josh Stein to serve the remainder of Judge Jerry Tillett's term, per the North Carolina Governor's office. She previously served as a Superior Court judge in 2021 and 2022, and as a District Court judge for the 14 years before that, per the Island Free Press.
