Biography
Joyce has represented Ohio's 14th District in Congress since 2012, per the campaign site. He worked his way up from the public defender's office to serve as Geauga County Prosecutor for more than 25 years before his election to Congress, per the campaign site. He is a Northeast Ohio native who grew up as the son of a World War II veteran, per the campaign site.
