Biography
Dan Duggan owns and operates Mountaintop Appraisal Service, Inc., and works as a realtor, per his campaign site. He retired in 2025 as a Lieutenant after 25 years as a Garrett County Deputy Sheriff and retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2003 as a Gunnery Sergeant, and has twice been elected Orphans' Court Judge for Garrett County, per his campaign site.
