Dakota D. Dupuis is a lieutenant with the Hancock County Sheriff's Department, promoted to that rank in February 2024, per Bangor Daily News. He began his law enforcement career as a patrol officer for the town of Orono, later serving four years as a patrol deputy with the Hancock County Sheriff's Department and two years with the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, per the same source.
