Biography
Tenney practiced law in Clinton, New York, working as a partner at a Utica-area firm before opening her own practice, per the official House biography. She was co-owner and legal counsel of Mid-York Press, a commercial printing and manufacturing firm employing about 70 people, and founded Tenney Media Group, publisher of community newspapers later sold to Gannett in 2004, per the official House biography. She served in the New York State Assembly beginning in 2010 before her election to Congress in 2016, per the official House biography.
