Chris McGowan is the Republican candidate for Iowa's 4th Congressional District on the November 3, 2026 ballot, per the Secretary of State's 2026 General Election candidate list. McGowan is president of the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce, known in Sioux City and Des Moines for his economic development work, per Iowa Capital Dispatch / KLEM.
