Biography
Carl Fitzsimmons is the Democratic candidate for New York Assembly District 130 on the November 3, 2026 ballot, per the State Board of Elections' certified general-election ballot. Fitzsimmons owns Seamless Communications Group, a telecommunications business he founded in 2005 that serves businesses, public agencies and federal courts, per his campaign site. He is a Wayne County native and Panama-era Army veteran who previously worked as an electronics technician at Eastman Kodak, per the same source.
