Sheriff of Caledonia County, confirmed as the sitting sheriff by the Vermont Criminal Justice Council, appointed by Gov. Phil Scott and sworn in on April 30, 2025 following the death of Sheriff James Hemond, per the Hardwick Gazette. The Lyndon Republican is asking voters for a first full term.
