Biography

Hessel began his career at Simulations Publications, Inc., then worked in knowledge management at Seer Technologies before founding Intelledgement, LLC, a Raleigh-based knowledge management consulting practice, in 1999, per the campaign site. He has lived in North Raleigh since 1992 and has served as Wake County Libertarian Party treasurer and executive director of the Libertarian Party of North Carolina, per the campaign site.
