Billy Mitchell

Billy Mitchell served on the Stone Mountain City Council beginning in 1995, including as mayor pro tem and chairman of the Finance Committee, according to his official Georgia House biography. He was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2002, representing District 88 in most of Stone Mountain and parts of Tucker, Lithonia and Gwinnett County. He hosts the radio talk show 'Community Forum with Billy Mitchell' on WCLK 91.9FM and previously chaired the DeKalb County Cable Television Advisory Board, per the same source.
