Biography

Andrew Dale is a fourth-generation Muncie resident and principal of Harbinger Coach, LLC, an executive leadership coaching business, according to the Ball State Daily News. He is a graduate of Vincennes University and Ball State University and holds leadership coaching certificates from Harvard University. Dale chairs the Delaware County Democratic Party and is the Democratic nominee for Indiana Senate District 26.
