Andre LaBier is a retired U.S. Marshals chief inspector who ran the New York and New Jersey regional organized crime and drug task force, overseeing about 250 employees across six offices, and who later consulted on law enforcement in Bosnia and worked as a school resource officer at BFA-Fairfax and Richford, per the St. Albans Messenger. The Montgomery resident told the Messenger he wants "proactive, not aggressive policing" and "intimate relationships with your citizens." No campaign website was found as of September 11, 2026.
