Al Allen

Al Allen has served on Horry County Council since 2007 and is retired from the Horry County Sheriff's Office, per the county's official council page. He and his wife Shanda founded Allen Aviation, Inc. in 2000, which provides aerial application along with corporate and business flying services. Al Allen appears on the November 3, 2026 ballot for Horry County Council, District 11, per the county elections office's certified candidate list. No campaign website was found as of September 7, 2026.
